Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) have launched a Quartz DevKit for blockchain applications. TCS have announced that the DevKit enables enterprises to efficiently build and deliver applications on their chosen blockchain. Programmers can use the DevKit to write smart contracts at a faster rate of 40% than normal, owing to less coding required as templates are already built in for the likes of platform setup, encryption, administration and more.
The Head of Global Quartz has expressed positive feedback from pilot customers, encouraging the use of blockchain technology to “establish frictionless transactions” across industries. The Quartz Solution specifies supported blockchains across Hyperledger, Ripple and Ethereum.
