The Binance accounts of an anonymous fund manager have been frozen by the exchange after they received a number of reports. The funds within the accounts are now frozen and will not be released until a police audit has been completed. The manager controls ParrotCapital, a crypto investment fund which operates via Telegram and does not request KYC on its investors, yet allegedly offers annual returns of over 160%. The anonymous figure going by the alias CryptoWelson informed his Twitter followers that his accounts were hacked and some funds were stolen prior to the lockdown.
