Bitfinex have announced today that users can now purchase cryptocurrencies using credit or debit cards, noting that people are able to directly buy a digital asset “whether it’s Bitcoin, USDt, Ethereum or any other ERC20 tokens”. The crypto exchange has introduced several developments recently, with the aim of transforming payment methods and user spending habits. A partnership was revealed earlier this month with the crypto store Bitrefill, which enables the support of Bitcoin (BTC) payments on the Lightning Network.
